We established our factory in 2018, and for now there are currently 8 production lines, and it is expected to increase to 16 production lines by the end of this year. It is estimated that by the end of 2021 or early 2022, our daily output will reach about 80, 000 pieces, and the monthly output will reach more than 2.4 million pieces.

There are about 150 sets of molds in our factory, about 60-70 styles.
At present, the materials of our combs are divided into: ABS, PP, PS.
We can use different materials to produce according to different customers′ requirements.
There are several types of combs in our factory: 1. Air cushion massage comb 2. Wet and dry comb 3. Tunnel comb 4. Flat comb 5. Cylindrical comb 6. Aluminum curling comb 7. Hair dye comb 8. Mirror comb
Under normal circumstances, our production period is about 30 days, because our factory′s accessories are produced in our own factory, our production speed is faster than other factories.
